The Digital Catalyst Program is a hands-on training & support
initiative designed to empower First Nations service-based
businesses with the tools & skills to build and manage their online
presence.

Program Overview

Phase 1: Preparation
- 2 x 90 minute weekly online meetings
- Homework tasks
The preparation phase guides businesses through planning their website, understanding their customers & introducing digital tools we use throughout the program

Phase 2: In-person training
- 3 day in-person training experience (Fri, Sat & Sun)
We come together for a hands-on intensive to connect with each other, deep dive into AI & build our professional websites.

Phase 3: Online Support
- 4 x 60 minute online workshops
- 4 hours of one-on-one business support
The third phase workshops cover ongoing digital marketing, skills and strategy including social media, content marketing & data-driven decision making.

This program is designed for businesses or organisations who:
- Are First Nations owned or co-owned (minimum 50% Indigenous ownership).
- Are service-based (e.g. trades, consulting, health & wellbeing, etc), have an active ABN and be trading or trade-ready
- Are able to commit approximately 2 hours a week for 8 weeks
- Are able to attend a 3-day in-person training intensive (accommodation provided)
- Can access a computer/laptop for online training sessions and associated homework

Participation in the program is available at no cost thanks to our partnership with Indigenous Business Australia.
Participating businesses will be responsible for ongoing website costs ($20 per year for domain name registration & $13 per month website subscription costs).
